The Cabinet of Ministers has offered the Verkhovna Rada to determine five strategic priority directions of innovative activities for the period through 2017, Cabinet press office reported.
According to the bill, scientific, economic and socially-grounded innovative directions are priorities and aimed at providing competitive and ecologically friendly produce, high quality services to the population and stepping up export capability of the country.
In March the Cabinet of Ministers has created the interagency council for investments and innovations.
