The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko does not consider himself the opposition. He told today in Luhansk at the press conference.

“I am not the opposition. I am the President of Ukraine who communicates with the opposition…coalition,” Yushchenko said.

He noted that there is one law for everyone. “There is no Donetsk, Kyiv or Lviv law,” he said.

According to Yushchenko, the parliamentary majority and the opposition should fulfill their constitutional obligations – to carry out negotiations.

At the same time the President said  the recent events show that “either promises, negotiations , or Unity pact are not fulfilled already in six months.”

According to the President all happening in the parliament and begins to happen out of it is strengthening of destabilization in the country.

Yushchenko considers the coalition should refuse the illusion of the constitutional majority that can be formed due to members from OU or BYuT faction.
