Today President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has held
a meeting with judges of the Constitutional Court.
The Head of State informed judges about the political and juridical situation in the country, about relations among the President, the government and the parliament. He called the judges to speed up consideration of cases of important public interest, in particular the law on Cabinet and imperative mandate for local councils.
Yushchenko agreed with the proposition of the CC chairman Ivan Dombrovsky to hold separate meeting of CC judges with the President, the Premier and the speaker.
