At
the 90th anniversary of creation of the Ukrainian Central Rada President of
Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko calls Ukrainian community to consolidation and
national unity.
“We need to take into consideration the great experience of the Ukrainian Central Rada in creation of the present state,” Yushchenko said.
“We continue the task of our famous predecessors, confirm the continuity of creation of Ukrainian state and build the new future for it, which depends on your efforts,” he pointed out in his address to his fellows.
The President pointed out that only due to people’s will and the efforts of the Ukrainian Central Rada independent Ukraine appeared at the political map of Europe. “The Ukrainian people gives respect to leaders and heroes, died for the independence, conciliarism and national revival,” Yushchenko said.
