Governors of Ukriane’s regions, who
cannot solve humanitarian and social problems, must resign. President
Yushchenko told Tuesday in Zhytomyr at All-Ukrainian meeting “With love and
care to children.”
“These people failed their task, they don’t have heart,” he said.
According to the President, “in every fifth regions nothing was done to create statistics in children's family homes.”
“It happens because governors do not listen to either the President or the power,” Yushchenko underlined.
In addition, the President noted that three-four regions of Ukraine created only by one children's family home each in 2006. “And you call this a great work?” the President asked.
Yushchenko also mentioned that it is more profitable for the state to increase number of families, which will adopt children, than to build children's homes.
