The first vice PM, the Finance Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov considers that mass conduct of land auctions will provoke high prices for real estate property.
He told today at the briefing after completion of meeting of the Coordination council on consumer protection.
Azarov noted that the Government concerns about not warrantable hike of prices and cost for constructions. He is convinced it is necessary to make order in housing constructions sphere. At that Azarov noted that mass land auctions at the local level can prevent price reduce for real estate property.
He also noted that legal regulation of conduct of land auctions does not mean that now the main source of replenishment of the budget should be funds from land sales.
