“We consider that in working conditions of this kind of parliament and under this pressure it is impossible to make any discussions and to introduce any changes to the Constitution,” he said.
According to him, the opposition offers to consider changes to the Constitution and new redaction of the Basic law at the highest level with the help of the constitutional commission, formed by President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko.
Kyrylenko considers that everything that is happening now in the parliament is a classic attempt of power usurpation by the government. “The governing coalition turned long time ago into obedient buttonpushers, who mindlessly stamp everything, even antisocial decision of Yanukovych’s government, submitted to the parliament,” the OU leader noted.
Hence, according to Kyrylenko, the united opposition submits a package of 17 conditions, according to which BYuT and Our Ukraine demand to increase minimal wage and pension not later then January 1 of the next year, to establish hourly wage rate, to create transparent land market, to create normal condition to conduct business and to fulfill of decrees of the President.
