“Crises in Ukraine are spreading and becoming intensified, they destroy stability in our state. These are political, constitutional, tariff crises and the beginning of agrarian one. We also can observe a crisis concerning VAT restitution. This list can be continued…Take any sphere of activity and you will see a crisis,” Tymoshenko said.
According to the BYuT leader, to regulate all crises it is needed “to hold a referendum and to ask the people what form of government they support – presidential or parliamentary.”
After the results of the referendum Tymoshenko proposes to form a constitutional commission under the direction of the President, which will work out new redaction of the Constitution.
