The Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych takes control of question on payments to the Pension fund.
According to the Cabinet press office, Yanukovych charged the Coal Industry Ministry, the Industrial Policy Ministry, the Agricultural Policy Ministry and the Ministry for Construction, Architecture and housing-communal services to take under control question on offset of debt of payments to the Pension Fund by the enterprises and to appoint the Deputy Minister who will be responsible for fulfillment of this work.
Moreover, the PM charged to approve schedules of offset of debts of payments to the Pension Fund.
Yanukovych also charged the Labour and Social Policy Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Economy Ministry, the Justice Ministry, the Pension fund and State property fund to submit propositions on strengthening of protection mechanism of the pension rights of the employees and of the enterprises on offset of debt and to provide more severe sanctions of administrative and criminal liability.
The Justice Ministry is charged to make propositions concerning legal regulations of question on decisions fulfillment of penalty for the enterprises-debtors.
