Cabinet of Ministers has decreed to allocate additional
means for Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of 500 mln UAH in 2007. Defense
Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko said at a session of governing body of the Ministry.
“This step of the government, taken towards Ukrainian army, will let to increase level of financing militaries,” the Minister noted.
Hrytsenko also expressed a hope that starting from April 2007 all categories of militaries would get increased salaries.
