Defense Ministry got extra money form the government
Cabinet of Ministers has decreed to allocate additional
means for Armed Forces of Ukraine in the amount of 500 mln UAH in 2007. Defense
Minister Anatoly Hrytsenko said at a session of governing body of the Ministry.
“This step of the government, taken towards Ukrainian
army, will let to increase level of financing militaries,” the Minister noted.
Hrytsenko also expressed a hope that starting from
April 2007 all categories of militaries would get increased salaries.
