The Secretariat of the President supports the budget declaration for 2008 adopted by the Cabinet. The deputy head of the President’s Secretariat Arseny Yatsenyuk told today at the briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“It is for the first time in Ukraine when the Government developed budget declaration at the beginning of the financial year. Today this declaration was promulgated… We support the Government wish to start budget process,” he said.
Yatsenyuk would like the budget declaration has clear positions concerning macroeconomic development of the country in 2008 – inflation rate, GDP growth, investments volumes.
He noted that the budget resolution should not disagree with the article 33 of the Budget codex of Ukraine, and the parliament should participate in the budget process.
