On Tuesday, February 20, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine starts legal investigation of submission of the deputies on legality of President’s decrees “On State administration,” “Issue of State administration” and “On regulations on State administration.”

The authors of the submission notes that by these decrees the President formed State administration as a body of financial, technical and other provisions of activities of the President, the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the National Security and Defense Council and other state bodies, approved regulations on these administration and appointed its heads.

At the same time, the deputies consider that having decreed these resolutions, the President of Ukraine has exceeded the limits of his commissions and took the functions of the executive power.
