The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko supports initiative of the Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus about necessity for Ukraine, Belarus and Lithuania to coordinate actions by diversification of energy carriers to the European countries. He told today the journalists, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to Yushchenko, transit activity of the state foresees separate economics that should be in harmony with economics of partners. The President noted that negotiations on the given question are not held yet on the official level. “But there is an understanding,” the President noted.
Ukraine and other transit-countries should not been forgotten by formation of special energetic strategy the European Union-Central-Asian region, that will be worked out soon. The President considers that the dialogue between transit-countries on actions coordination should be developed.
