The greeting says that the Ukrainian party appreciates achievements of Ukrainian-Russian partnership for 15 years, in particular, in trade and economic sphere of cooperation. The letter also notes necessity to strengthen trade and economic ties, to develop interregional and border cooperation, science and technical collaboration.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry considers that real way to cooperation is mutual observance of principles of non-intervention into internal affairs, protection of social interests of citizens of both countries, provision of necessary conditions for unhampered communication.
The greeting also notes that national interests of Ukraine needs Russia’s participation in the European process, leading forces of which are the EU and NATO.
