According to him, six out of eight propositions of Yushchenko were taken into account in the amendments to the law on Cabinet. Myroshnychenko considers it a perfect variant the President to recall his appeal from the CC.“Authors of the draft bill proceeded from the necessity to remove artificially created conflict, which destabilizes work of the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet and the President as an institution of the power,” the deputy noted.
