Chairman Oleksandr Moroz
promised that the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers will be published in the
"Holos Ukrainy"
February 2 issue, Cabinet press office reported.
At the same time, according to Moroz, the parliament will register a bill on amending the
Cabinet law, which would consider all unregulated constitutional provisions.
Earlier, the Speaker placed the law
on the Cabinet on the parliament website.
On January 12 the parliament
overrode the veto of the President on the law and on January 19 the President
vetoed it repeatedly, having motivated the move that the January 12 law differs
from the first variant.
The Justice Ministry introduced the
law on the Cabinet into the single register of normative legal acts.
The Secretariat of President
believes the registration of the law was illegal.
