The Government of Ukraine will consider proposals submitted by the Presidents to the law on the Cabinet of Ukraine. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych told today at the session of the Cabinet, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

Yanukovych promised the Government would consider eight proposals and agree its position up to the beginning of the work in the Parliament.

The PM noted that it is possible the Government will agree with the President’s proposals. “Undoubtedly we will look for possibility to create effective mechanism of cooperation between the Government and the Parliament, in case such changes are for benefit, we will follow this way. Maybe something is not taken into account in this law, I do not know,” he noted.

Yanukovych reminded that the law on the Cabinet has been already promulgated but not come into force yet as has not been published yet. “I think there is not any reason preventing doing so. It will be published and come into force. In the near future we will work with you having both correspondent antiauthority and responsibility level,” he said.

Yanukovych asked the Justice Ministry and other Ministries to define what the Government should do the law to come into force.
