The director of Russian and Asiatic programs of the World Security Institute of the USA in Washington Nikolay Zlobin considers that attitude to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has been significantly improved in the USA in the recent time.
“Attitude to Yanukovych has been improved. He admitted his defeat (on Presidential elections 2004), accepted new conditions and won (became the head of the Government),” Zlobin told today at the press conference.
“Yanukovych showed his capacity, approved himself as a political tactic,” he added.
He also noted that there is a real interest to Ukrainian politicians: Yanukovych and the President of Ukraine Yushchenko.
