Submission to the Constitutional Court as regards illegality
of the law on Cabinet of Ministers can be made both by the President of Ukraine

Kyrylenko told ForUm’s correspondent.
“Illegality of a number of norms of the law on Cabinet is obvious. If the ruling coalition does not change its mind and does not vote President’s propositions, there will a submission to the Constitutional Court, “he said.
Speaking about talks between Our Ukraine and BYuT, Kyrylenko declared that both political forces are interested to the same extent in early parliamentary elections. “If a decision on dismissal of the parliament is made, we will start serious consultations on configuration of participation of all democratic forces in the elections,” Kyrylenko explained.
