Terry Davis, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, states that the
most disappointment in Ukraine is that the murder of journalist Georgy Gongadze
has never been detected. The Secretary General declared in Strasburg.
“Two years have already passed since new Ukrainian power promised to finish investigation, but still there are no results,” Mr. Davis said.
“I’d say it is the most disappointment, and I can see many people in Ukraine share our concern,” he added.
Tarry Davis also noted that lingering investigation harms reputation of Ukraine abroad.
