The representative of the Party of Region Mykhaylo Chechetov considers that the problem on the Law on the Cabinet of Ukraine should be solved in the scope of the meeting among the President, the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the VR of Ukraine.
In his turn the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Roman Zvarych noted that the matter does not concern that the Presidential veto was overridden by the Parliament.
According to him, the law on the Cabinet before the presidential veto and the law after voting on January 12, have text differences. Zvarych considers that it gives the President right to veto the given law again.
The leader of BYuT faction Olexander Turchynov sees two ways of solving the problem. The President either signs the adopted by the Parliament law or does not sign and then the law will be promulgated by the signature of the Chairmen of the Verkhovna Rada Olexander Moroz. Turchynov said that all doubts of legacy of this decision can be settled by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
“In case Moroz concocted something, there is a Security service,” Turchynov noted. According to him, BYuT is ready to support the Security Service and vote for revocation of Moroz right to be in office.
