Dmytro Zavalny, assistant of people’s deputy Dmytro Shentsev,
was officially charged of involuntary manslaughter of people’s deputy Yevhen Kushnaryov.
Prosecutor of the Kharkiv regions Vasyl Sinchuk told a press conference
commenting on investigation of the criminal case, instituted on the fact of
Kushnaryov’s death.
Sinchuk noted that the accused would be informed with the charge after his recovery and discharging from the hospital. Preventive punishment is a written undertaking not to leave a place.
According to the prosecutor, “it was established that wounding took place 100 meters away from the car the hunters were driving; four shells were found on the scene, and in Kushnaryov’s body one injury, one bullet was fixed.
Sinchuk also informed that Kushnaryov did not shoot; shots were made from one rifle and shells were found in the same place.
