President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko asks chairman
of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Moroz to revise the law on Cabinet of Ministers.
Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Arseny Yatsenyuk told at a briefing.
According to Yatsenyuk, the President stated his request in a letter to Moroz from Switzerland, where Yushchenko is undergoing a medical examination and therapeutic procedures to remove dioxin from his body.
“The Head of State addressed a letter to the chairman of the VR with a request to follow article 94 of the Constitution of Ukraine, namely to submit the law for repeated consideration with corresponding propositions of the President,” Yatsenyuk said.
