The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will not sign the law on the Cabinet. He told at press conference in Donetsk, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to the President, there are some reasons for this, first of which is ethical. “I and the PM had an agreement to work on the law on the Cabinet together. This is reasonable as this law regulates relations between the President and the Government. I am convinced that the Prime Minister made a great mistake when addressed on this question to other structures,” the Head of the State said.
Yushchenko opines that the law has many constitutional violations. The President noted that
he would not tolerate such relations to the Constitution.
