The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed the councilor of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Radchenko the vice prime Minister of Ukraine. The ForUm’s correspondent informs.

257 parliamentarians voted for such decision.

The speaker of the Parliament Olexander Moroz informed that Radchenko was Interior Minister of Ukraine, head of Security Service of Ukraine and secretary of national security and defense council.

Answering the journalists’ question, Radchenko said that he will work on provision for national security of Ukraine, activity of security agencies and public order.

Moreover he noted that he is not nominated for the post on behalf of any party as he is non party man.

Now there are four deputies the Prime Minister in Ukraine: the first prime Minister, the Finance Minister Mykola Azarov; the vice PM Andry Klyuyev, dealing with industry and fuel and energy complex; the vice PM Dmytro Tabachnyk, dealing with social and humanitarian questions and the vice PM Volodymyr Rybak, holding office of Minister of building, architecture and housing municipal services.
