President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is expected to take part in the opening of the
culture days, Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan told the APA.
Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev was awarded international prize for his socio-political activity on the decision of Academic Council of the national program "Person of year-2006."
The program "Person of year-2006" will be completed on January 10, the results of the contest will be announced on January 15—16. The prizes will be presented to the winners and laureates on March 17. This prize will be presented to Ilham Aliyev during his visit to Ukraine.
