“Despite some tensions and discussions, we can see this stability and it gives positive consequences and future perspectives,” Moroz said at a press conference in Rivne region.
According to Moroz, “representatives of certain political forces may be do not realize and consider like this.”
In Moroz’s opinion, the most unbiased estimation of the situation in Ukraine is given by foreign observers, “whose attention and belief are expressed in terms of investments and signing long-term agreements.”
