Foreign Minister of Ukraine Borys Tarasyuk criticizes Prime Minister Victor Yanukovych for that the latter does not hold consultations with the Foreign Ministry on the eve of his visits to Russia. Tarasyuk told Monday at a press conference.

“There are still cases when meetings of Ukrainian delegations with foreign partners are not agreed with the Ministry. First of all, the matter concerns energy sphere and negotiations with the Russian Federation. We report this to the President, and at the same time we are accused of that the Ministry carries out a work, which does not help to improve relations with Russia. There is a presidential decree, according to which the Foreign Ministry is the main coordinator of foreign policy of the country,” Tarasyuk said.

The Minister also informed that he intends to continue carrying out duties of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine and on Wednesday he will attend a session of the government.
