Yushchenko to forward budget bill to the VR under one condition

On results of agreement of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko with the Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych the budget bill will be forwarded to the Verkhovna Rada under one condition – the Parliament adopts a resolution to raise the living wage for Ukraine’s socially vulnerable citizens. The matter concerns 12 million pensioners and 3.5 million budget employees, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
