The Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych considers that the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will make a positive decision on the state budget bill for 2007. He told journalists after a meeting with the President.

Yanukovych told it was a work meeting concerning the visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Ukraine.

The Prime Minister noted that in the scope of the visit they also discussed the question on signing the budget bill for 2007. According to Yanukovych, they didn’t put an end to it, but they have common positions on many issues.

He considers that on results of today’s meeting with representatives of regional state administrations and Council of economic development of regions he will have additional information and “taking into consideration opinions of regions we will solve this question after all.”

“Positive decision is likely to be made,” he added.
