While there is mourning in regards with death of the President Saparmurat Niyazov in Turkmenistan it is incorrectly to discuss the Ukrainian-Turkmen relations now. Petro Poroshenko the people’s deputy, a member of “Our Ukraine” told the parliamentary journalists in an interview, ForUm’s correspondent reports.
It is inappropriate to discuss economic, political or any other issues now,” he said.
“At first we will see in what way the events will develop in Turkmenistan,” Poroshenko said, forecasting Ukraine’s relationships with Turkmenistan.
The president of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Niyazov died on Thursday of heart attack. He had been the permanent leader of Turkmenistan for more than 20 years.
