Borys Tarasyuk has no right to sign any international
agreements as he is no longer a head of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych told journalists at a briefing.
“It necessary to appoint new Foreign Minister and that is the main problem for today,” he said.
Lavrynovych is convinced that “the President must understand the current situation and consider the appointment of an acting minister as soon as possible.”
In addition, Justice Minister informed journalists that directives for Putin’s visit considered today by the government were delivered to the President’s Secretariat
