Accompanied by Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk, National Bank Chairman Volodymyr Stelmakh, the President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, MP Anatoly Kinakh and Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Oleksandr Chalyy, Victor Yushchenko is paying an official visit to Estonia.

He is expected to meet with President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Speaker Toomas Varek and Prime Minister Andrus Ansip for talks in Tallinn, president's press office reported.

The two leaders are going to sign a Joint Declaration, which will determine the course of bilateral, regional and European cooperation.

Yushchenko will also speak in Estonia’s parliament, the Riigikogu, meet with leaders of Ukrainian organizations, take part in a business forum and attend a round table held by university rectors of Ukraine and Estonia, "Education: The Way to the Future."
