As a reminder, on November 2 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine formed an investigative commission to examine possible facts of corruptive actions and abuse of power by Lutsenko.
Facts of corruption were revealed during investigation of the murder of an official of Department on fight against organized crime. Yuri Lutsenko was accused of illegal conferment of special titles to officers of the ministry and illegal delivery of arming to persons, who had no license.
