Victor Yushchenko has welcomed Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus to Mariinsky Palace for talks, president's press office reported.
The two leaders are going to speak about economic cooperation between Ukraine and Lithuania.
They are also expected to take part in a meeting of the Ukraine-Lithuania Presidential Council to sign documents and decorate each other with state orders.
Yushchenko and Adamkus will then attend the third Ukraine-Lithuania Business Forum.
