Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Moroz considers that parliamentary committees do not work hard enough on drafts bills on Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Moroz told Monday at the session of conciliatory council with factions’ leaders.

The speaker specified that three draft bills on Cabinet had been registered in the parliament: a draft bill submitted by the President, a draft bill worked out by the government and a draft bill developed by people’s deputy Mykola Onyshchuk.

According to Moroz, the latter draft bill is very similar with that one worked out by the government, but has a number of inaccuracies and defects.

“I have a feeling that the working group does not work actively enough on these issues. I consider it more effective to take any of these bills draft and give it its first reading. Then we will charge the committee to work this document out to give the bill its second reading,” Moroz said.
