“Next plenary session parliamentarians will consider without fail a candidature for the post of Emergency Minister. They will also consider the issue concerning ministers, who sent resignation applications,” Yanukovych said.
The PM opined that resignation applications would be allowed. “As for new candidatures for vacant post, that is quota of the parliament and the coalition,” he said.
Yanukovych mentioned readiness of the members of the anti-crisis coalition to sign an agreement on formation of a broad coalition. The head of the government underlined that absence of a common position in the bloc on this issue influence negatively the decision of Our Ukraine. The Premier also considers that President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko must declare his position as regards the broad coalition.
“If the President does not influence the process, he must state this in public. But if he says that he is interested in the broad coalition, he must answer the question why the agreement has not signed yet,” Yanukovych stated.
