On Thursday BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko discussed the
situation in Ukraine with the delegation of the European parliament at the head
of Co-Chairperson
of the EU-Ukrainian Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Marek Sivec.
European parliamentarians noted necessity of urgent adoption of the WTO bills what would give a possibility to start negotiation on creation of free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU, BYuT press office reported.
Tymoshenko underlined that BYuT’s strategic priority is Ukraine’s integration into the EU. At the same time she expressed concern over Ukraine’s foreign policy, which returns to “multiple view policy of Kuchma’s times.”
Marek Sivec invited Yulia Tymoshenko to speak in the European parliament in the near future.
