If Tarasyuk and Hrytsenko are fired, the President’s next step will be denial to ink the State Budget-2007. It will result in political and economical crisis in Ukraine. Such opinion was voiced by Vitaliy Kulik, a director of the Civil Society Problem Research Centre.
“The thing is that Hrytsenko’s and Tarasyuk’s resignation must be submitted by the President himself who is not willing of doing it. On the other hand, the parliament may pass a vote of no-confidence in these Ministers and create rather unfavourable climate within the Cabinet by depriving it of rights to sign important governmental agreements,” stressed expert Kulik.
Besides, he reckons all these talks to be a political leverage used for pressure on the President.
