Kyiv Appeal Court called back off Kyiv Pechersk District Court’s judgement of August 16 which declared Ihor Kolomoisky an owner of 70% of the Studio 1+1 TV broadcasting company’s nominal capital. All nine appeals of Studio 1+1 and its share holders (Director Yuryi Morozov, Rodnyansky’s lawyer Oleh Konopolsky, co-owner Borys Fuksman, Rodnyansky’s wife Oleksandra Myroshnychenko and Inter-Media Company) were considered simultaneously.
During the court session, Kolomoisky’s lawyers were turned out of the court as they repeatedly breached the discipline demanding disqualification of the bench and accusing the judges of incompetence.
As for now, Studio 1+1 belongs to Central Media Enterprises (60%), Oleksandr Rodnyansky (20%) and his partner Borys Fuksman (20%). Rodnaynsky possesses a disposal of 70%.
