Chernihiv Department of the Interior Ministry disclosed criminal enterprise committed by local officials who privatised and divided on shares lands with the archaeological complex ( tumulus of II-I millenniums B.C.) on them.
The tumulus is valued at $3.32 million. Chernihiv District Prosecutor’s Office has instituted a criminal case according to part 3, the articles 365 of the Penal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power caused severe consequences).
