Opening morning session of the Cabinet Prime Minister of
Ukraine Victor Yanukovych rebuked Justice Minister Roman Zvarych. While
Yanukovych was talking about budget, Zvarych was talking by cell phone.
The head of the government paid his attention to this and offered Zvarych to go out. “Roman Mykhailovych, please go out and talk the other side of the door, and leave your cell phone there, as other deputies do. You will have time to talk,” Yanukovych said.
