October 31, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to consider the draft budget-2007, amendments into the Act on the Local Elections concerning the state financing of re-elections, changes into the VR regulations and the Act on Transport concerning privileges for some categories of passengers.
The MPs will also consider an appointment of Anatoly Selivanov a permanent parliamentary representative to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Earlier, the Cabinet proposed the VR to approve budget incomes in the amount of about 140.290 million UAH, budget expenses – 153.458 million UAH and budget deficit – 15.148 million UAH or 2.55% of GDP. In the end of October, the Cabinet cancelled the 3 milliard UAH stabilisation fund as the gas price set for Ukraine in 2007.
