Press office of Foreign Ministry of Ukraine confirmed
that October 28 three citizens of Ukraine were detained in Austria on suspicion
of organization of transportation of illicit migrants.
Austrian criminal police established that they transported people through Austrian-Hungarian border in cars with Spanish, Italian and Ukrainian license plate. Having checked the cars, police revealed 16 citizens of Ukraine, who illegally stayed on the territory of Austria and were heading to Italy.
The detained are in a detention institute now. They refused from contacts with the consul.
