VR Speaker Oleksandr Moroz charged the heads of the profile parliamentary committees to address the WTO issues by November 1 and to submit them to the VR consideration in the shortest possible time.
In 2005-2006, the Verkhovna Rada adopted 18 bills related to the legislative aspects Ukraine’s accession to the WTO.
Twenty one draft bills were submitted for the consideration of the 5th VR Convocation. Two documents out of this package “On Introduction of the Changes to the Act of Ukraine on Auditor Activity” (new edition) and “On Introduction of the Changes into the Act of Ukraine on VAT regarding the Special Regime of the Agricultural Producers’ Taxation” have been already adopted.
On November 1, the VR is to consider 19 draft bills addressed by the committees.
