Activists of certain public organizations addressed Kyiv council with a request to allocate a lot for building. According to ideologists of the project, legalization of prostitution may help filling state budget.
Public organizations like the idea of legalization of prostitution. They addressed the Kyiv mayor to allot land for a brothel. They have already invented its name – “The first in public”.
If the law on legalization of prostitution does not come in, the building may become an entertainment center. However, public organizations offer the deputies to decide this issue –prostitution exists in the country anyway, and one brothel may revenue 300 thousand dollars per month.
