Svyatohorsk Lavra suceeded in defending its territory

On October 24, Slavyansk Court (Donetsk region) allowed a claim instituted by Svyatohorska Svyato-Uspenska Lavra against MP Valentyn Zubov (BYuT). According to the decision, a second floor of a building Zubanov rented and piers backing the building and capturing Lavra’s territory must be destroyed.

Earlier, according to a decision of Svyatohorsk City Council, Zubanov rented a land with a construction on it belonged to Svyatohorsk Lavra. After the land was carried over to Zubanov, he started reconstructing the building.

Zubov has already announced his intention to appeal a decision: “My attorneys are working on documents for the Court of Appeal.”
