Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych declares
that increase of gas price will be included in the budget for the next year.
“As you know, the issue concerning gas price was finally decided yesterday. The price will be included in the budget for 2007. That’s why there is an opportunity to consider in details the issues on expenses for the next year taking into account the price of 130 USD per 1000 cu m of gas,” Yanukovych pointed out.
Speaking about gas consumers, industrial enterprises in particular, the PM charged the Minister for Fuel and Energy Andriy Kluyev to hold a meeting with commodity producers Association. “We need to find out what can we do for certain branches to soften consequences of gas price increase,” Yanukovych said.
