Prime Minister of Russian Mikhail Fradkov is convinced that strategic cooperation between Ukraine and Russia provides for special relations. Fradkov told Tuesday at a briefing, ForUm’s correspondent reported.

“We intensify strategic cooperation, which provides for special treatment, trust, joint priorities both in internal and foreign policies. I’d like to mention that if it concerns NATO, than not to the detriment of Russia…if the WTO, than taking into account Russia’s relations with the WTO it is necessary to synchronize negotiation processes of our countries as regards the WTO,” Fradkov said.

Speaking about Ukraine’s Eurointegrating aspirations, the Russian PM noted: “There are a lot of issues which must be taken into account while building economic relations between Russia and Ukraine, including those we have considered today – transport, industrial and hi-tech cooperation.”
