
On October 20, Kateryna Yushchenko visited Horlivka Hospital Number Two, which had received nine artificial kidneys from Ukraine 3000 and France’s Association Internationale de Cooperation Medicale (International Association for Medical Cooperation) a year ago, the president press office reports.
In her speech, the First Lady said: “I am very glad Horlivka’s kidney patientscan be professionally treatedowingtocooperation betweenHospital Number Two and the Ukraine 3000 Foundation. I think Ukrainian doctors are truly professional and committed to what they do, although they often have to work in difficult conditions, with little equipment and money. We are proud of being able to help Ukrainian doctors work better."
Mrs. Yushchenko inspected the ward for kidney patients and gave the hospitalan icon.
